   When ordering by phone, please provide the following information:

   • Customer name
   • Billing address
   • Shipping address
   • A valid PO #
   • Quantity
   • Packaging Preference:
     Bag or Bulk (50 lb. bags, 100 lb. bags or jumbo sacks up to 4,000 lbs.)
   • Grade Type:
     • Medium grade
     • Fine grade
     • Extra-Fine grade
     • Elite product grades
       ("special" grades as agreed upon with Reed customer service)
   • Additive Choice (if desired):

     • Blastox® - A blasting additive that renders lead and other heavy metals non-leachable, enabling spent abrasive to pass multiple TCLP and/or neutral leach tests. Blastox® is added to BLACK BEAUTY® abrasives at the request of the customer.

     • Dustnet® - A dust suppressant treatment available pre-blended with BLACK BEAUTY® coal slag abrasives.
